By using this website, booking a call, purchasing services, or otherwise engaging with Prosperity Portal, you agree
to these Terms of Service and to any posted policies that apply to your purchase or use of the site.

1. Services offered
   Prosperity Portal provides coaching, mentorship, strategic consulting, creative direction, branding support, website
   related services, content support, and other custom digital deliverables. Services may be customized for each
   client, and the exact scope, timing, and deliverables may vary by engagement.

2. No medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice
   Prosperity Portal provides educational, strategic, creative, and personal development support. Services are not
   medical treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice, accounting advice, or investment advice. You should
   consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

3. No guaranteed results
   Client results depend on many factors outside the merchant's control, including client participation,
   implementation, timing, market conditions, and third party platforms. Prosperity Portal does not guarantee specific
   business outcomes, income results, audience growth, healing outcomes, or other measurable results.

4. Payments
   Payments may be collected in full upfront or in agreed milestones, depending on the project. Payment is due
   according to the terms shown at checkout, on the invoice, or in the client agreement. Work may be paused if
   payments are late.

5. Refunds and cancellations
   Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the posted Refund and Cancellation Policy and by any project
   specific written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, refund requests must be submitted in writing within the stated review window. After that period, payments are generally non refundable because services are custom
   and work begins quickly.

   
   

6. Scheduling and participation
   Clients are responsible for attending scheduled calls, providing requested materials, and responding in a timely
   manner. Delays in communication, approvals, or content can delay the project timeline and do not create a refund

7. Intellectual property
   All pre existing Prosperity Portal materials, methods, templates, and internal processes remain the property of
   Prosperity Portal. Final custom deliverables created and fully paid for may be licensed or assigned to the client as
   stated in the client agreement. Prosperity Portal may display non confidential final work in its portfolio unless
   otherwise agreed in writing.

   
   

8. Client content and permissions
   You represent that any materials you provide, including logos, copy, images, and other assets, are owned by you or
   that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials you provide.
   10. Website use
   You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the
   site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the website or comply

9. Limitation of liability

    Prosperity Portal may update these terms from time to time. The latest version posted on the website will control
    for future use and purchases.
